Rock Water Aikikai 5 Year Anniversary Seminar

October 3-5, 2025
With Steve Erickson Sensei, 6th Dan, Shidoin.

We can hardly believe it's been 5 years!  We opened our dojo 5 months into the global COVID pandemic, when most dojos were closing down or scaling back. We started our new dojo outside in a field, socially distanced, doing aikido with 'invisible partners'! Then we moved to zoom in our homes, then to an inner city church in a bad part of town, then into a school gymnasium.   We never looked backward, only forward...

NOW, in just five years, we have 75 students, and just bought, and moved into a purpose built 2 storey martial arts facility!  WOW!  We can hardly believe it's true.  This is really something to celebrate!   We could not let the opportunity pass us by to invite Steve Erickson Sensei back, who has been instrumental in supporting our new dojo's success!   And a big thank you to the Aikido community for cheering us on, and for supporting us through the ups and downs.

Please save the dates now for this upcoming seminar.  Registration will be limited to 50 people, and will include special training for Teens in our upper dojo!
