Our classes are currently a mix of small cohort groups, and solo practice in accordance with government regulations. For current class schedule please go to: www.RockWaterAikikai.com/classes/schedule/
Prospective students can start at the beginning of any calendar month. Watching a class before starting is recommended and a free trial class is offered to everyone. Loose fitting, comfortable athletic clothing that covers your elbows and knees is all you need for your first few classes.
New students are integrated into the regular classes. In this way, beginners benefit from training with experienced students. No need to worry about being pushed to train at an uncomfortable pace as everyone works at his or her own level.
Rock Water Aikikai has dedicated Child, Youth, Teen and Young Adult Programs, designed to challenge students based on their age specific needs. For students who are particularly keen on developing themselves through Aikido, we have an Instructor Training Program (ITP). For more on that you can visit: www.RockWaterAikikai.com/classes/youth-instructor-training-program-itp/
To arrange a visit or for more information please contact Martin Moreau Sensei (see above), or visit us at:

"Aiki is not a technique to fight with or defeat the enemy. It is the way to reconcile the world and make human beings one family."
